The first center you can meet is Frassineto Po, known for being a true "village of the book" and known for the historic Palazzo Mossi, where you can find the Center for Interpretation of the Po Landscape.
Then Valmacca welcomes you with its monumental Town Hall (former Castle) and with its long tradition of asparagus.
Just a short distance away, the village of Giarole is dominated by the Castle of Sannazzaro’s Family where every spring is renewed the traditional manifestation of the "Beltane Moon".
Along the Po river, behiond Valenza, known all over the world for goldworking, you will find the village Pecetto di Valenza, with its temporary exhibition of fossils and minerals "Il mare a Pecetto e i fossili della Guarnera".
Farther from the Po, Occimiano has a center full of porticoes and an impressive parish, a legacy of a glorious past under the Aleramic domination, while Mirabello Monferrato is known for the local Ferrari Club and the San Michele Tower.
