A course for becoming the first level instructor, credited with Csen-Coni, of the new Bungypump fitness business, exclusive to Italy, that will allow you to prepare and train your athletes using a revolutionary variable resistance tool ( 4, 6, 8, 10, kg) that allows up to about 90% of the muscular districts to increase mass, calorie consumption, enhancement, postural rehabilitation, athletic training for other sports, physical and psychic wellbeing. A valid summer alternative to gym workouts is used both indoor and outdoor with static training sessions or during a walk.
A certificate, a card, an instructor manual, a collection of exercises and training will be issued, a breathable mesh with Bungy pump logo.
